Overview
Designed for those who choose to leave Mombasa and continue their coastal vacation, taking advantage of Watamu’s immaculate beaches.
Set out on a safari to discover the Tsavo West, Amboseli, and Tsavo East parks in southern Kenya. You can cover these three parks in four days, each offering breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro.
This safari provides a quick but rewarding introduction to a variety of environments and wildlife while witnessing them in their natural habitats.
The trip starts at Tsavo West Park, which is known for its rich wildlife and the presence of mountains, volcanic hills, streams, and pools that create an ideal habitat for animals. The trip departs from Mombasa airport.
Moving on to Amboseli Park, a paradise where wildlife may be photographed against Kilimanjaro’s imposing background. The park has vast dusty plains, acacia forests, lava rocks, swamps, lakes, and ponds fed by underground rivers from Kilimanjaro.
Due to extended periods of drought, the park’s vegetation is relatively sparse, facilitating the sighting of various animals, including giraffes, hyenas, lions, elephants, and numerous bird species like herons, crowned cranes, eagles, hawks, and pelicans.
The journey then leads to Tsavo East Park, the largest protected area in Kenya, renowned for its distinctive red soil and hosting a plethora of large mammals.
