Departure from your accommodation towards Marafa. The journey to get to the Devil’s Kitchen is very suggestive: we will travel along the typical African completely dirt road, where we can see numerous pineapple plantations, acacia forests and villages.
Once you arrive you will find yourself in front of an immense sandstone Canyon: originally this place was characterized by sandstone rock, then, over the centuries due to rain and wind, it eroded giving life to a Canyon of a thousand shades, rich of spiers, ravines, pinnacles and 30 meter high structures.
With a specialized local guide, you will enter the gorges of the Canyon to discover the extraordinary beauty of the place and, during this walk your guide will tell you the legend of the “Devil’s Kitchen”
Once we return to the top we will wait for the sunset; a magical moment in this place because: the rocks at sunset merge with the red of the earth, giving a surreal atmosphere.
In this area, there are many poor children, whoever wants can bring them gifts, whatever it is for them it will be a real gift! !
Return to your accommodation scheduled for 7.30 pm
